本應我想"側側膊"用英文講 Tour,
點知响我介紹完自己之後,
其中一個男人用英文問我可唔可以同時用廣東話解釋,
因為佢姊姊唔識英文.
由於呢個團係可用中、英、日語,
所以我唯有 Nicam 雙語廣播.
平時講 Tour 我可以口沫橫飛, 口水多過茶,雞啄唔斷, 吹水唔抹咀, 講到天下無敵.........
但一用廣東話我就死哂狗 !
好似唔知點演譯至好 ???
其實我 D 英文一 D 都唔叻 !
係典型嘅 Cantonese English !
但一般同客溝通傾計應該冇問題 !
而且有 D 笑話用英文講會好笑,
但用中文講就硬係唔多順咁 !
好似有個笑話關於海底隧道有個花名叫" No Excuse Tunnel",
你話如果用中文翻譯,
就已經冇咗攪笑嘅趣味 !
所以我工作上嘅"死穴"就係......No Cantonese !
其實我係錫住 D 中國人,
剩係想"賺" D 鬼佬錢 !
未聽過此笑話 . . . . . 用英文寫/講來聽聽???

Before the opening of the Cross Harbour Tunnel in 1972, the only way we crossed fm HK to Kln was by Star Ferry, & the closing time of the ferry was 12:00. If the husband , he got a part-time lover, & he want to stay overnight with her, then he phoned his wife after 12:00 & told his wife that he can't back home for there was no ferry at all. It provided an excuse for him to stay overnight with his p/t lover, but once the opening of the Tunnel in 1972, he has no longer to use this excuse, because this tunnel was opened for 24 hours. But most of the husbands , they got many many excuses, even this one cannot use, they can use the other one. That's why we gave the nick name to this Tunnel , we called "No excuse tunnel". 呢個笑話得唔得 ???

我英文好水皮, 還看得明這笑話, 感覺有點意思, excuse真不知如何翻譯, 事實上有些英文一旦翻譯成中文, 味道確不同.

回覆刪除中文會係咩??真係好難譯??搞笑直譯方式會係--->沒有找藉口的隧道OR無法為錯誤找開脫的隧道??很怪呀!超低能!
[版主回覆11/21/2008 13:02:00]記得有次為幫 friend 接咗個公司團, 班客係間公司响大陸嘅員工,要講廣東話, 當講到呢個笑話嗰陣我都唸爆頭唔知點譯至好笑, 最後就o甘講 "冇藉口隧道", 但連我自己都覺得失哂真 ! 唔只超低能, 簡直勁白痴 !
咁您用雙語廣播，條脷會唔會打結呀！
